Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey
The East Coast feature some great amusement parks all which are perfect for groups, families or corporations traveling by bus charter. Located in New Jersey is Six Flags Great Adventure. A great day can be had for adults and kids.
Great adventure is home to some of the best rides on the East Coast, plus there are great shows and events daily. Those with young ones should definitely check out the Bugs Bunny National Park, the kids will just flip for Looney Tunes theme rides and cool water play area. If the kids want to cool off don't forget to stop at the Koala Canyon, a half acre of water fun.
I cant forget to mention the thrill and water rides which Six Flags is famous for. The Great American Scream Machine is one of the worlds largest roller coasters and is a heart stopping ride. For those with a strong stomach, Nitro is a thrill a minute, a roller coaster that travels over 80 mph. New to the park is the Batman & Robin ride, at over 70 mph you travel through Gotham City fighting the bad guys. But a personal favorite and one not to miss is the Runaway Train, the parks first steel roller coasters, and for its age still packs a wallop.

Dorney Park & WildWater Kingdom, Pennsylvania
Its the summer time and what can be better for a family or group outing than a trip to one of the best amusement parks on the East Coast. And a bus charter to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Pennsylvania would be a great trip for corporate, family or group travel. With a history dating back to the late 1800's Dorney Park has great attractions for children as well as adults.

The Empire State Bulding - NYC Landmark
When on your Bus Charter to NYC you have to plan to see the Empire State Building. This building is world famous. From King Kong to Tom Hanks, millions have flocked to the top of this NYC landmark.The Empire State Building is NYC's tallest skyscrapers and was completed in 1931. Located on 32nd Street and 5th Ave, she is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and is definitely a sight-seeing must for any Bus Charter Group.
Its probably best to take the trip to the top in warm-ish weather but the trip is well worth the breath-taking view. Even if you cant get to the top, make sure you check out the building at night,when all the lights are lit. The colorful light display adds a glow to the NYC skyline.
For those romantics at heart, every Valentines Day a selected group of couples is selected to get married on the 86th floor observatory. Even if you cant be one of the lucky couples, it sure is a sight to see.
 
Grants Tomb, NYC Landmark
Somebody once asked the question, "who's Buried in Grants Tomb". The answer is of course, Ulysses S Grant. The great Civil War General and two time President of the United States is buried here along side his wife in the largest mausoleum in the country. Its a great stop to make when on your Bus Charter to NYC.
President Grant, a WestPoint Graduate served in office from 1869 to 1877. After his presidency, Grant came to reside in NYC. He died in 1885.
The money for the granite and marble mausoleum was donated by over 90,000 people from around the world and at the time cost more than $600,000 to build. The mausoleum contains Civil War artifacts as well as Grant memorabilia.
Grants Tomb is located in the East Side of Manhattan at 122nd street and Riverside Dr. Admission is free and the site is open 7 days a week 9:00am to 5:00pm, which makes it just perfect for the budget minded Bus Charter Group.
 
Ellis Island, NYC Landmark
A sight seeing must when visitng NYC by Bus Charter is Ellis Island. Just a short ferry ride away from Downtown Manhattan, Ellis Island is located in New York Harbor.
Between 1892 and 1956 over 17 million immigrants passed through the Island on thier way to citizenship of the United States.
The Ellis Island Museum is housed in the same three Story building in which the millions passed and contains exhibits dedicated to those immigrants. The Wall of Honor a permanant exhibit, contains the names of over 600,00 of the people that came through the Island. The American Family Immigration History Center contains the ships records for the 17 million people that passed through its doors between 1892 to 1924. This facility provides visitors the opportunity to search records for family members.
Another short ferry ride away is the Statue of Liberty. Th famous landmark is opened to the public, but access is restricted for security reasons.
The ferry to Ellis Island is available 7 days a week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Its a great opportunity to get off that Charter Bus and see a great and important piece of our nations history.
 
Spring in the Park, Central Park NYC
Spring is near, the perfect time for shopping, dinning or a show in the city that never sleeps. A Bus Charter is perfect for a group day trip to Manhattan. And when in NYC in the spring you have to check out Central Park. Another world famous NYC landmark, the park was opened in 1858. Actually the Park is perfect no matter what time of year!

Hershey Pennsylvania - The Sweetest Place for a Bus Charter
When you think sweets, chocolate you think Hershey. Then theres no place for you but Hershey Pennsylvania. A Bus Charter to Hershey on a sunny day is the perfect trtip for anybody, big or small.

Architectural Tour of Chicago Landmarks
Chicago is home to so many Architectual Landmarks, that a Bus Charter for a sight seeing group is the best way to experience it all.
There are so many Architectual Landmarks in the city of Chicago its hard to know where to start.
For those truely Architecturally inclined Chicago is the home of Frank LLoyd Wright. His Home & Studio has been turned into a Museum. The Studio is located in Oak Park, a community with over 28 buildings designed by the master himself. On weekends a walking tour of the neigbhorhood is offered. Also of interest is the Unity Temple,which is the last surviving building of his early period.
Another Landmark is Marshall Fields, is one of the countries first department stores and is an archetecturally stunning building.
A walking tour of the Pullman Historic District is perfect for any Bus Charter Group. This district was deisnged and built by railroad tycoon George Pullman. It was his ideea to provide his workers with an ideal community to live in, thus creating a happy workforce. For those interested in railroads, this is a must see.

Lundi Gras, "Fat Monday" in New Orleans
This week is the festival of Mardi Gras in the grand city of New Orleans. The monday before is known as Lundi Gras or "Fat Monday". Known as a "pre-celebration" Lundi Gras started about a decade by people who just couldnt wait to get the party started!
What better way to get to and from New Orleans than a Bus Charter. No Matter what size group the party is waiting.
On Lundi Gras, The Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Society hold a grand celebration full of food, music and fun along the banks of the Missisppi River. At 6:00pm King Rex( the King of Mardi Gras) arrives by Coast Gaurd cutter with full fanfare. Fireworks and music mark his arrival. The King will then be revealed at the Spanish Plaza and he will be given the Key to the City. A parade down Canal Street then follows.

NYC Bus Charter Destinations - Downtown Manhattan

NYC Bus Charter Destinations - Midtown Manhattan
Midtown Manhattan, NYC is one of the most prestigeous and well-known areas in the world. In the Winter Midtown comes alive with the Rockerfeller Center Tree-Lighting Ceremony, usually held the first week after Thanksgiving. Rockerfeller Center which is located on 5th Ave and 49th Street is one of NYC's premiere tourist locations and is perfect for a group Bus Charter. New Jersey Bus Charters in the Garden State
