John P. McGovern Children's Zoo, Houston Texas

Located in the Houston Zoo, Texas the John P McGovern Children's Zoo offers a unique experience, for visitors of all ages and a great bus charter day or field school trip. A clean and safe petting zoo puts children in the middle of the barnyard with up close meetings with all their favorites. San Francisco Children's Zoo, California

The Chlidrens section of the San Francisco Zoo is a park unto itself, featuring exhibits and attractions perfect for the little ones. With activities to stimulate the mind as well as entertain this is a great choice for a bus charter school day or field trip.
There are plenty of opportunities for close up encounters with rare and exotic species as well as the every day animals that are part of our daily lives. Children's Zoo's for School Field Trips

Children's zoos have long evolved from the old days of just plain old-fashioned petting zoos or farms. A children's zoo can provide for a great day of learning out of the class room for any age student as well as the adults.

The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo

For over 40 years the Fort Wayne Childrens Zoo has been a leader in entertaining and educating both children and adults. With a rich history of conservation and education, the Zoo has grown to include over 1,500 rare and exotic animals.
There are exhibits and rides tailored just for the little ones learning and amusement plus animals from all over the world as well as wildlife native to Indiana. Dallas Children's Museum

The Dallas Children's Museum is a great place for learning and exploration for kids of all ages as well as parents and teachers. Located in the Valley View Center Mall in Dallas Texas, interactive exhibits teach kids to respect and understand the environment around them. They also fully encourage adults to be hands on and involved with their child's experiences.
Exhibits teach and re-inforce skills such as math, reading, writing and other skills required to live on our multi-cultural world. The CiCi's Pizza "Slice of Math" exhibit gives kids the chance to "work" at a life-like pizzeria and learn to use the basic math skills that are the building blocks of any education.
At the Presbyterian Health Care System exhibition, children can immerse themselves in a hospital situation complete with emergency and operating rooms. Children will learn about the body, health, nutrition and it will hopefully ease children's fear of doctors and hospitals.
There is a great Computer and Technology Learning Center. Kids can use the PC's and Mac computers to get a better understanding of the basics of using the mouse and keyboard, with more advanced applications and programs for the older or more skilled children.

The Hands On Children's Museum, Olympia Washington

The Children's Museum of Manhattan

Located in historic Harlem, the Children's Museum of Manhattan has been teaching the children of New York City for over 30 years. Filled with multi cultural exhibit meant to be both educational as well as entertaining.
All exhibitions are interactive and hands-on. Kids will find a world of fantasy and their favorite TV characters to play and learn in.
Explore with Dora! gives kids a chance to explore a tropical world guided by their favorite Latina heroine. The summer comes to an end quickly and it's time to start thinking about another school year. With the new school year comes planning and expectations. Teachers need to plan for trips that both educate and excite their students, and students are in expectation of a great day away from the class room.

The Boston Children's Museum

For over 90 years the Boston Children's Museum is a favorite with schools and families from the entire New England area. A forerunner in children's museums and one of the first interactive museums of it's kind, the Boston Children's Museum features an educational experience in a fun filled environment.
The museum is a great place for kids to learn while interacting with the many exhibits. All exhibits are hands on, making learning fun for visitors of all ages.
Arthur's World features exhibits with all the favorites characters from the Arthur PBS shows and books. Exhibits are themed after settings from the Arthur series and allow kids to have fun while they learn, play and read and write.
